Last Modified Info - Installation and Configuration

Overview

The Last Modified Info add-on compliments Sugar’s standard audit log functionality by displaying when select fields were modified within the record view layout of an Account, Contact, or Lead as opposed to scrolling through the audit log.

1. Licensing

Before installing the product package, make sure you have the Faye licensing module installed. You can find the steps to take here.

2. Configuration Guide

Step 1. Log into SugarCRM as a user with Administrator permissions. Once logged in, click your profile icon towards the top right of the screen and select the Admin option. 

Step 2. After the package is installed via Module Loader, scroll down to the Faye Licensing section and select the FAYE | Last Modified Info License link. 


 

Step 3. Input your Highlight License Code that was provided by Faye and then click the Save button.

 Step 4. Go to the Faye Configurations section and select FAYE | Last Modified Info Configuration link.

 Step 5. Select which audited fields you would like tracked in the Last Modified Info field then click the Save button.

3. User Guide

1. Go to Admin > Studio > <module> > Layouts > Record View to place the newly created Last Modified Info field on the layout click the Save & Deploy button.

2. After you add the field in Step 1 above, you can see it on the record view of the desired module (Accounts in our example).
