Overview
The Faye Sugar Consolidated Activity Report allows you to view all of your sales and customer communication details in one location. With the Consolidated Activity Report users now have access to a single report detailing all Calls, Meetings, Emails, and Tasks.
- One consolidated report of Calls, Meetings, Emails, and Tasks
- Filter, group, and sort the report on the fly
- Generate summaries of the returned results for quick analysis
- Generate graphs to quickly observe the results
- Export the report as either a PDF or a CSV
Depending on the total number of records returned for a report you may overload the Sugar server or the browser's memory limit. For example: If the report returns 200,000 records to be displayed, it could overload the memory, or take some time to complete the rendering process.
The above warning also applies to exporting the report to a CSV or PDF. Depending on the size of the request the memory limits could be exceeded.

Users can access the Consolidated Activity Report from the Reports module dropdown option (Custom Activities Report), located in the top navigation bar.

Here is an example of one rendered Custom Activity Report:
Note: If your parameters return too much data and you do not wish to wait for the report to render you can click on the Stop Report Rendering.
Example Report 1
In this example, there are only record details presented (Render Details: Yes)
If the User selected a summary to be rendered too (Render Summary: Yes), then the summary date would be presented on top of the Details report. For this particular example it would show these two tables:

Dashlet
The Custom Activities Report dashlet can be set on both record and list views.
If it is set on the record view, it will process data only related to that particular record, while if it is set on the module list view, it would process data from all module records.
From Options, the user has the ability to select which related modules will be processed (Calls/Emails/Meetings) and the time span for which records will be presented (e.g. Last 90 days)
