Overview
All SugarCRM users have the ability to create multiple dashboards, allowing them to switch their focus as required.
Admin users can help others to change their hats when required by equipping them with several useful dashboards at their fingertips. Whether it’s a new dashboard that an admin wishes to create and share or a dashboard that another user has that would be of benefit to their entire team, with the dashboard deployer these can be quickly and easily sent out to ensure that team members or departments are all reading off the same page.
Remember, however, that the dashboard serves as a template. Dashlets will populate the relevant information for each user. For example, a ‘Sales’ dashboard may be pushed to various members of the sales team, but the information contained within the portlets will depend upon what each member has saved in SugarCRM.

User Guide
To access Dashboard Deployer, navigate to the admin area and scroll to the bottom of the page, and scroll down to and click on the Faye Dashboards Deployer link on the left-hand side.
1. Access Dashboard Deployer
On the main deployer screen, you will see all SugarCRM users listed out. For information on which dashboards a particular user has, press the plus button alongside their name to view.
2. Information on Dashboards by User
Once expanded, you will be able to see the area in which each dashboard belongs, whether it sits alongside records in a particular module, or as a standalone dashboard on the home screen.

3. Area to which a Dashboard belongs
To push a dashboard (or dashboards) to another user, simply select that dashboard from the list and then click on the dropdown arrow and choose the recipient.
4. Choosing the recipient for a Dashboard
Dashboards can be deployed to an individual or multiple users, members of a role, and members of a team.
5. Deciding the target group for the chosen Dashboard
To push a dashboard select which of the three options above is to be your target. On the following screen, you can perform a search for the User, Role, or Team that you wish to send it to.
Check the box alongside your target audience and click 'Deploy'. In the example below, we’ve selected to deploy Utilization Dashboard and Data Privacy Record Dashboard to several users.
6. Deploying the Dashboard to the target audience.
Once you have selected to deploy your dashboards, SugarCRM will show you a confirmation that this action has taken place, and recipients should then be able to view it/them.
