Timeline Activities (Activity Stream)

Overview

The Timeline Activities dashlet shows related Calls, Notes, Tasks, and Emails on record view. Related data is presented on a graphic timeline.

Licensing

Before installing the product package, make sure you have the FayeBSG licensing module installed. You can find the steps to take here.

User Guide

Users can add a dashlet to see a record view of Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Leads, and Calls.

To add a dashlet go to any of the modules (Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Leads, Calls) record view.

Click on the dropdown icon in the Side Panel, add a Dashlet title and select Add Dashlet either from the blue plus icon or from the far-right sidebar as shown below.

Select Timeline Activities from the Add a Sugar Dashlet drawer list.

Click on Save.

The Timeline Activities dashlet will be added to the side panel.

Related data can be filtered by Module and by Year, Month, or Day.
