For any questions concerning your license key please contact support@fayebsg.com.
2. Setup
After installing the app and entering the licensing key, please follow these instructions to create a JWT app in Zoom.
Once you've successfully created one, go to your Sugar instance admin section / Zoom Configuration and enter your Api Key, Api Secret, and Host ID there. For the latter, you can use your Zoom E-Mail address.

Log into your Sugar instance, go to the Meetings module and click on Create.
After clicking on ‘Create’ the below window will appear. Fill in the required information for your meeting: Subject, Start/End Date/Hour, Location, Description, Related to, etc.
When all necessary information is filled in click on Create Zoom Meeting.
Once a meeting was created you can find it under your Meetings module in Sugar.
By clicking on the highlighted title (see screenshot above) in the Meetings list, you will be taken to the meeting page where you can edit information and invite new attendees from your Sugar contacts.
Hovering over sections will also allow you to edit each individually, by clicking on the pen icon.
4. Invite Sugar contacts to a Zoom meeting
As mentioned above, hover over the item Guests, and once the pen icon appears click on it.
At the end of the attendee’s name, you can see a + sign. By clicking on it you will be able to add as many new contacts from your Sugar Contacts, Users, or Leads as needed.
A new line will appear and you can either type in a name or click on Search for more and you will be taken to your Sugar Contacts list to chose attendees from.
You can select a contact just by clicking on it. It will automatically be inserted into your Zoom meeting page.
You will need to save the changes in order for a meeting invitation to be sent to the newly added guest.
The status of attendance next to the guest’s name will change according to the actions taken by the guest in the received email invitation (attend, decline, tentative). This status can be changed after the initial email choice as well.
You can also uninvite contacts from your meeting, by clicking on the - sign, next to the guest name.
Once all your required attendees are added to your meeting page, click on Save, then Save and Send Invites.
