Overview
Mobile e for Sugar by Faye is an enhanced version of the native Sugar Mobile App, which was built to cover common functionalities requested by our clients.
This Guide will walk you through the unique features you can find in the Sugar Mobile E app by Faye, once you have got it installed on your device. If you're looking for guidance on the installation, check Sugar Mobile E - App Setup.

1. Connecting to the Mobile E App
After downloading the app on your mobile device, you will need to connect to the app using your Mobile e enhanced instance.
On the main screen you see upon connection, click on the three horizontal lines in the top-left corner.
The following screen will show you the additional options you have in the Mobile e app, compared to the basic Sugar app.
2. Calendar
The Mobile e calendar functions display your meetings and calls from the Sugar platform in three different views: Months, Weeks, and Days. Users can click on a time slot and add a meeting and/or a call directly from the app. The Week View opens by default.
In order to choose between the Months, Week, and Day views, click on the three vertical dots, in the top-right corner of the screen.
Viewing the Calendar Week
The current date number is highlighted in red. The current month and year are displayed near the top.
The dates and weekday abbreviations should be displayed across the top below the month/year. The page can be scrolled to the most recent hour. So if it is 10:31 am, then the 10 am hour is towards the top of the page.
By swiping left/right on the screen, the previous/next week will be shown.
Viewing the Calendar Day
You will see a list of each hour for the day with the time on the left.
The weekday's name is listed near the top, below the month/year. The page should be scrolled to the most recent hour. So if it is 10:31 am then the 10 am hour is towards the top of the page.

Creating a Meeting from the Week view
When in Week view Click on the desired time slot. You will see an "Add Meeting/Call" screen with a choice of Meeting and Call. Click on Meeting.
You will see a screen to enter the meeting details. Fill out the details and click Save in the upper right.
You will then see the meeting details page.
Creating a Meeting from the Day view is similar to the above.
The same process applies to creating a call in the Week and Month views.
Clicking a day cell in the Month calendar
Clicking any day cell in the Month view will open up the Day view for the chosen day.
Refreshing your Calendar
In order to refresh your Calendar in any of the 3 views, go to the desired view (Week, Day, Month) and pull it down on the calendar.
The view should say it's Fetching from server... and the screen should reload.
3. Geo-Location Visibility
The Geo-Location enhancement allows you to select an account by location and view that account on a Google Map within the App. Using Mobile e for Sugar, you can then enter a selected distance radius by miles, so that the app will pull up every one of your accounts, leads, or contacts that are located within your selected criteria.
Basic Near me search
Click Near Me on the side navigation bar. Click Find.
You will need to give the app access to your device location.
You will now see a screen where you select the distance around your location to look for nearby accounts. After you have chosen the desired distance, click on Find.
A list of nearby accounts within the chosen radius will be displayed, as a list, as well as a pin on the map.
You can also search nearby accounts, contacts, or leads, through that specific account/contact/lead. To do this, choose the desired account/contact/lead, and once on the Details page, click on Nearby.
Saved Near Me Search
When searching for nearby accounts, leads, or contacts you can save your search for later use.
You can find your saved searches, in the Saved Nearby Searches tab.
4. Mobile Check In’s
You also have the ability to check-in with one click to accounts and leads, eliminating the action of having to log meetings in the app.
Basic check-in
Choose the desired account/contact/lead. When viewing the account click the Check-in button.
You should receive a message that says you're checked in.
A meeting related to the account will be created that says <First Name> checked in.
