Overview
There are two ways to review campaign results within Sugar, both of which we will describe below.
1. Reviewing Campaign Results by Campaign
Note: Only Constant Contact Email campaigns will be synced to Sugar.
1. Navigate to the Campaigns module.
2. Select the Constant Contact campaign (which will have the same name as the email campaign in Constant Contact).
3. The Constant Contact results will be displayed in the campaign record.
In the detailed view of the Campaign Record, you can see the Status, Type, Impressions (number of emails sent) as well as the numerical details in the Constant Contact Campaign Details panel. The CC Campaign Details panel shows just the numerical values for all Clicks, Opens, Forwards, Opt-outs, and Spam Reports.
4. For details click the View Status button on the right-hand side of the Campaign details screen to view which contacts and leads were sent or attempted, who viewed the email, who opted out, and who clicked through.
2. Reviewing Campaign Results by Contact or Leadin Sugar
1. Navigate to the Contact or Lead module and open a contact or lead.
2. The campaign logs can be viewed in the Campaign Log subpanel.
3. This log will contain the Activity Type and Related fields.
- The Activity Type displays the action, or lack thereof, of the recipient. This included Click-thru Link, Message Sent/Attempted, Viewed Message, etc.
- The Related Field will display information related to the activity type. In the case of the Click-thru Link activity type, it will display the link clicked.
