QuickBooks Online: Intuit Developer App Assessment

Overview

If you have received an email notice regarding your Developer App Assessment being due, you'll need to follow along to this guide in order to properly fill this questionnaire out. 

Questionnaire Instructions

Starting at the General Questions tab of the questionnaire: questions 1, 2, 4, and 6 will pertain to your business. Questions 3, and 5 pertain to the connection that is made between QuickBooks and SugarCRM.

For question number 3, "Have you reviewed and confirmed that you will comply with the security policies found here" you will need to select the option Yes, I confirm that my app will comply with the security policies found above.

For question number 5, "Apps that use Intuit APIs (whether public or private) need to be relevant and clearly related to QuickBooks, accounting, payments, workflows, finance, and other acceptable uses. Is your app designed for either of the following:" you will need to select the option Yes.

On the App Information tab, for the question, "Which of the following is true about your app?" select the option You were asked to create this app in order to get credentials/keys to be used on another platform that integrates with QuickBooks.

A new box will appear below these selections asking you to "Provide a link to the instructions that told you to create a new app." In this empty box, copy and paste the following link:

The final question on this page asks "Have you added some form of Re-CAPTCHA to your site or app to prevent fraudulent transactions?" Select option No. My app does not process payments.
